From Discovery until Deploy

5 years of client-facing experience across 6 industries, being the bridge between business and technology and making sure the client's real needs sit at the center of every solution. It started at Claranet Technology, where as an Executive Assistant I served as the central interface between C-level executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.

From there, I moved to  McKinsey & Company, and my time in Finance shaped  the consultative mindset I bring to every client. It also taught me how to build and read the metrics that show whether something is actually working. In 2023, the firm rolled out Lilli, their own internal AI. That experience gave me a practical perspective on how large enterprises approach AI adoption and enablement at scale.

With that foundation, I started Ecominds.AI, which began as an AI-native SaaS platform and I moved into AI consulting. Today I work with business leaders who feel the pressure to move fast with AI, but aren't sure where to start or what to prioritize. I come in at that exact point mapping what's actually breaking, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, understand the constraints, build the solution and make sure execution stays on track with business goals.

At GrowAbroad Consulting, I built the full AI strategy from the ground up, driving real operational change across sales, support, and market intelligence as part of their expansion in the Real Estate market.
